Family of 5 in Buckinghamshire with a budget of £180,000

From a 3-bedroom semi-detached house to 5 bedrooms.

The family’s reason to undertake this project was to give each child their bedroom (2 additional bedrooms and a study) and create an entirely new space for an open plan kitchen/dining area on the house’s side rear.

The essential criteria were to create a brighter space and a larger surface while remaining on time and budget.

It took the team 7 months to complete the project on time and budget.

The memorable aspects of this projects were: the large bespoke windows, the master bedroom cleverly designed with a mezzanine to create a dressing-room. The entire project was accomplished while the family was living in the house; we adapted along the way to ensure they were not missing any essential facility.
