From a 2-bedroom terraced house to a completely refurbished 3 bedrooms property.
This project’s primary purpose was to add value to the property as a private investment while creating space with a loft conversion and a rear extension.
The essential criteria were to create a home office, more living and sleeping space for guests and family while adding value to the property with a beautiful finish.
It took the team 8 months to complete the project on time and budget.
The memorable aspects of this project were the office space created as a feature and matching the property’s original style. On a different note, neither less memorable, having to go through the house with the digger to complete the rear extension’s foundations and the restricted and challenging permits for the skip and vehicle parking all day every day.
