What we cover.
At J S Legacy, we tend to work on a turn-key basis. As we are handing over a product with our name, we only work with highly qualified craftsman. We cover all aspects of construction work. We work closely with our Architects to provide all planning applications and working drawings for our clients. Our aim is to create a stress-free experience for our clients by handling all the mangement entirely to complete their project.

Our Process.
Phase 1
During this stage, we discover the client’s requirements and needs. At this stage, we require all detailed drawings and associated spec. Once we get a feel for the project, we issue the clients either a verbal or written ballpark figure to see how we fit within their budget.
Phase 2
This is the stage where we have agreed on a budget, and we hand in a formal estimate for the client’s persual.
Phase 3
At this stage, we have been appointed to be part of the project. We work very closely with our clients to finalise their spec, requirements, start dates, completion dates, work through our contract and payment break down. We also put together a work schedule using a gantt chart outlining weekly tasks, lead time for supplies and site surveys. We review all mechanical designs, including Plumbing, Heating, Electrical, Alarms, Smart-home systems, CCTV to only name a few.
